I built Fierce LeadHerShip because I needed it first. What I lived through, I now teach, with reverence, rigor, and a refusal to play small.
From quiet survival to fierce becoming.
I grew up watching the women in my family carry everything, the home, the family, the unspoken weight of generations. They were strong, but they weren't free. I made a quiet promise to myself early on: I would learn how to be both.
The path wasn't linear. It looked like burnout disguised as ambition, relationships that mirrored my unworthiness, and a body that finally said enough. Healing my mindset and reclaiming my self-love became the foundation for everything I now stand on.
Today, I guide women to do the same, to lead from a place of inner sovereignty rather than survival. This work is sacred to me. It's the inheritance I'm building for the women who come next.
